Behind the scenes

Moving the ReChaco facility to a larger factory space was a unique challenge. It required remote communication across corporate teams & onsite management for construction & vendor teams amidst pandemic restrictions from headquarters. There was a plethora of logistical details & emotional strain navigated as a nursing mother with a newborn who wasn’t allowed to nurse my child at the on-site daycare facility while maintaining project milestones, vendor relationships, & budgets. I’m proud of the hurdles overcome to complete this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as the marketing team lead for this project, working alongside a top-tier list of teammates.
