Senior Designer | Defined and implemented company-wide brand standards after conducting a brand audit & leading internal brand sessions. Once research, visual exercises, & concepts were decided with key stakeholders, I executed on them with my organized, detail-oriented, & systematic design process, including:
Redesigned 40+ product brochures
Art direction & styling for seasonal product photoshoots
Led 5–10 projects at once with a robust team of creative vendors
Brochure Layouts
Developed a liquid grid brochure system to solve for the quantity of products and the need for cohesion & consistency across the broad range of print materials.
See below the concept (digital sketches) to execution (brochure examples) for the project.
Emily was a brilliant addition to our marketing team. She joined us on a contract basis to cover a maternity leave, and I was immediately impressed by how quickly she integrated into our workflow. She didn’t just fill a gap; she "hit the ground running" and became a vital contributor from day one.
What stands out most about Emily is her ability to jump into open projects and complex task lists with total ease. She is highly organized, deadline-oriented, and brings a strategic lens to everything she touches.
I would recommend Emily to any organization looking for a Senior Designer or Creative Strategist. She is a talented, reliable, and proactive professional who will make an immediate impact on any creative team.

Photo Styling
Assisted in styling photoshoots as the product expert on a seasonal campaign basis.
Art Direction
Managed art direction and rendering process with a team of creative vendors for Nucraft’s most recent product launch — Ember Lounge.
The process began with rough sketches for placement in environment & a detailed deck of inspiration, material selects, furniture choices, and ancillary tchotchkes. From there it was a clay model build with the render artist, and managing a couple rounds of tweaks for final renderings in time for campaign launch.
Showroom & Event Styling
Coordinated showroom photoshoots annually during the country’s largest furniture tradeshow in Chicago. I assisted the photographer day-of with showroom details & styling.
In preparation for the tradeshow, I translated each year’s theme into a visual moodboard, paired it with product materials, developed a floor plan of the space, and determined the rest of the visuals from there (plant selections, menus, invites, showroom screen graphics).
